How We Work – For Employers

 

After making contact with our office, we will send out our fee and guarantee agreement.  The employer will supply a job description. Personnel Travel Consultants will conduct the search based on the criteria given by the employer. We will prescreen the candidate, set up the interview and check references. Our goal is simply to provide you with the right temporary assets at the right time.

Our goal is to make sure that the temporary assets you hire are perfect for your needs the first time you contract our services.

Personnel Travel Temps exists to fill this need for you with a pool of temporary workers that have been with us for ten years.  Each temporary employee is highly skilled, motivated and maintains marketable, flexible knowledge base in the Travel Industry. This ensures that we will only match you with employees that fit your need and do not require time and valuable money spent merely in training.  Our staff is our business and we appreciate the work they do both for ourselves and for you. Travel temps are highly experienced at their jobs. We only send out people who can “hit the ground running”.

It is our experience that 99% of the temporary assignments are for corporate or group agents. It is difficult to cover with leisure agents.

How are the temps paid?

The temporary travel consultant is paid by Personnel Travel Temps. We take out all necessary employers payroll taxes, compensation etc. The worker fills out a timecard at the end of the week, which is then forwarded to our offices for verification and assessment of pay. Invoices should be paid with 14 days.

What will I be charged hourly?

Our temporary billable rate is from $24.00 per hour and up. The $24 rate is for an agent with jr level experience. Bill rates can go up to $38.00. Please inquire for specific billing rates in regards to the temporary agents and assistants you are matched with.

What if I don’t like the temp?

If the employee you are initially matched with is not to your satisfaction, simply inform us.  We will replace them with a new temporary assistant immediately.
